Delivery
We provide timely delivery service using our own fleet of vehicles. A delivery charge of $10.65 applies to all deliveries in downtown Chicago. Higher delivery charges will apply beyond the downtown area. Please contact customer service for delivery outside the downtown Chicago area.
Payment Policy
All orders over $30.00 must be prepaid by cash or credit card.
Prepayment will be waived for customers that have a commercial account established at Bake For Me! Contact one of our store managers if you would like to set up an account with us.
Refund Policy
Bake For Me! is committed to providing quality bakery products made conveniently available at the time and place specified by our customer.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product or service from Bake For Me!, promptly contact one of our store managers.
Delivery charges may be reduced or waived if we are late. Partial or full refunds may be made if there is an issue with the quality of our product. In any case of product quality issues, we require that some or all of the product be made available to us. Our procedure will be to inspect the product and propose a mutually agreeable resolution as quickly as possible.
Late Order Policy
We request 24-hour advanced notice for all cake orders. We will always try to accomodate late orders, but custom cake orders placed less than 6 hours in advance will be subject to a late order charge.
