Wedding Cakes

One of the best parts of any wedding is definitely the cake. The wedding cake is an important part of the reception and symbolizes so much more than just a tasty dessert.

Bake For Me! offers many elegant designs from which to choose, and also welcomes the chance to create a completely new design with your desires in mind. Whether you select buttercream, rolled fondant or fresh fruit to finish your cake, we are here to assist you and to ensure that you enjoy the planning process.

If do not want to opt for a traditional wedding cake, we can do decorative cupcakes on tiered stands, or wedding favor cookies . Prices vary based on design. Please contact one of our Customer Service representatives for more information.

Tasting Events

Visit us during one of our Saturday morning wedding cake "tastings" at our Roosevelt Road Store from 9am - 12pm. Simply contact our Wedding Cake Coordinator and schedule an appointment. Please allow 45-60 mins for your appointment. During your consulation you will sample cake types, icings, and fillings at no charge.

*Please note, wedding cake "tastings" may be scheduled at other times for your convenience, however a $20 charge will apply.

Groom Cakes

Surprise the man of the hour with a custom cake just for him on you wedding day. Decorated to reflect the groom's interests, hobbies, or career, the groom's cake can be served at the rehearsal dinner, at a separate event, or even alongside the wedding cake at the main event.

Anniversary Cakes

It could be your 1st year, or possibly your 50th! Celebrate another year with a custom cake decorated to your specifications.

Delivery

We provide delivery service with our fleet of vans in downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. A $10.65 charge applies for most local deliveries. An additional mileage charge will apply for deliveries beyond a 4-mile radius from our Roosevelt Road bakery. A one-hour window must be specified for your delivery time. If you prefer, we can arrange for the cake to be picked-up at one of our store locations.

Deposit

Wedding cake orders must be prepaid two weeks before your event.

Payment

We accept cash or credit cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard). Credit card used for a purchase must be presented in store at time of pick-up. We do not accept personal checks.

Ordering Information

We take orders either by phone, email, or through our online form. We'd like as much lead-time as possible... but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we'll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 4 to 6 weeks notice on specialty cake orders.
